Character Name: Calico "Callie" Briggs
Fandom: SWAT Kats

Character History: Callie Briggs is the Deputy Mayor of MegaKat City, which means that she does most of the work that keeps the city running. The actual Mayor of Megacat City, Manx, doesn't do anything useful at all. She does all of the paperwork that gets all the funding where it needs to go, such as to new buildings or cleaning up after one of the many villains that seem to plague the city attack. She's also the one who writes all of the Mayor's press releases and speeches, regardless of the occasion.

Callie is also the one who calls in the SWAT Kats when something goes wrong in the city, as she usually has a front row seat to what's going on and she's the only one who has a direct connection to them no matter what they might be doing. Callie is also good friends with Jake and Chance, but doesn't know that they're the SWAT Kats that always help out the city.
Character Personality: Callie is an incredibly smart kat and a great administrator, since she is the one that has to make sure that MegaKat city runs properly. She has to spend most of her time with Manx in order to make sure that he gets to his appointments on time and that all of his public appearances on time. It may appear that Manx has all the power in the city, but without Callie, the city might just grind to a halt.

Callie isn't just a good looking kat and a great administrator. She's also got a tough side to her. She may appear to be a damsel in distress when something goes down in MegaKat City, but that's usually because she has a front row seat. She's often working with the other important kats in the city when one of the many villains decides to react. Yet, even when that happens, she has a tough side to her. She'll do what she can to help the SWAT Kats when she can. Yet, she still ends up being more of a damsel in distress than a help. She is still the only one in the city who has a direct line to the SWAT Kats and she uses it as much as possible. Despite being friends with Jake and Chance, she has no clue that they're the SWAT Kats that she's always calling in to help.

There is a darker side to Callie, but no one has really seen it. She knows that she has the power to control things in the city and has used it to make sure that criminals stay in jail, but if she wanted to take over the city, she could. She has the connections and brains to be able to take over the city, but she likes the city and doesn't want to see it taken over by anyone. She also has a rather nasty temper sometimes, as seen when the SWAT Kats ended up in an alternate dimension and she yelled at them for getting caught.
Powers and Abilities: She doesn't have any supernatural powers, but being a kat, she does have a bit more agility than the average person. Even though she doesn't have any supernatural powers, Callie is an amazing administrator. She is the one that keeps MegaKat city running since the mayor doesn't do anything useful.

Network: I've always wondered what it was like to take a vacation. MegaKat city would fall apart if I ever left for a day, let alone for any extended period of time. I'm not sure Mayor Manx would be able to do anything without my help. I'm not even sure what to do with myself here. I'm always working back home.

[She gives a small laugh.]

Is there anyone that would mind giving me a tour of the city? I still don't know my way around and it's easy for a girl to get lost when she doesn't know the area. A vehicle would be nice as well. Too bad my car's back in MegaKat city.

[She shakes her head a bit and smiles.]

Is there a library or archive of some sort? I'd really like to learn more about this city and the people here. If anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

Third Person: It had been several days since she woke up in this place and Callie was still so confused. There were several reasons why she didn’t bother taking any vacation back home and this was it. MegaKat city would fall apart if she wasn’t there to keep everything running. She was going to go crazy without something to do. Mayor Manx was probably going to have a heart attack once he realized that he wouldn’t be able to find her. The thought of him sending out the entire Enforcer force to try and find her was hilarious, but she did hope that the city would still be standing when she got back. Manx didn’t know how to do any of the paperwork and she hadn’t trained any sort of backup in case she got sick or had to go anywhere.

At least she wasn’t alone. She had managed to find her two favorite mechanics from home. She was surprised to find them here. It was great seeing them, but this was still a strange place that she needed to get to know better and in order to do that, she needed to get dressed. Jake and Chance were going to take her on a tour of the city so that she could get to know it a bit better. She also needed to do a bit of shopping. Sure, her suit was nice for work, but she didn’t have to dress up every day here. She could relax a bit and wear something more comfortable. She would have to ask them if they could help her out one afternoon. Thinking about how they would react made her smile as she brushed her hair. She quickly finished getting dressed and headed out. She didn’t want to be late for her meeting with Jake and Chance. It was going to be an interesting afternoon.
